Juan Ramón David Zuleta has broad experience in real property management for infrastructure projects, civil, labor and social security litigation, especially in terms of occupational risks.
Regarding real property management, he has worked with the Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano ("IDU") in projects such as Transmilenio, with Consultoría Colombiana S.A. ("CONCOL S.A.") in the imposition of electric power easements for power networks of Empresa de Energía de Bogotá and Codensa, as advisor of the Consorcio Solarte & Solarte, with the Instituto de Fomento Industrial en Liquidación ("IFI") and the Instituto de Fomento Industrial Concesión Salinas, with Central de Inversiones S.A., with the United Nations Program for Development in Colombia ("Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo en Colombia PNUD"), with the Corporación para el Desarrollo de las Microemperesas at the Instituto Colombiano para el Desarrollo Rural ("Incoder"), among others.
